Carl Zeiss 0.8x attachment lens for the Ultraphot Luminar objective lens systems 16-100mm focal lengths. This objective is specifically designed to be used with Zeiss Ultraphot Luminar system for photomicrography. The Luminars are used for Reflected-light dark-field photomicrography. Low-power photomicrographs with Luminars are characterized by complete flatness of the image field, outstanding image sharpness to the very edge of the image, and unmatches resolution. The lens is free from dust, scratches, and fungus. There is however a very slight amount of element seperation at the periphery.
