This is a very rare Zeiss F-Achromat 32X Long Working Distance Phase Contrast Objective.  It is in excellent cosmetic and optical condition with all glass surfaces being free from dust, scratches, fungus and element separations.  The image is spectacular.  Keep in mind that this is a LWD objective and requires a coverslip of 1.0 mm or must look through a glass surface of 1.0mm such as a petri dish.  It can be used on upright compound and inverted microscopes of the 160mm tube length variety.  The last list price from Zeiss for this objective was $612.00.
