Schott-Fostec Fiber Optic Illuminator Adapter AO8011.  This Light Source Adapter has a 0.250 inches Internal Diameter, External Diameter 0.9880 inches where it fits into the lamp power supply.  This adapter is new, however some not in original packing and may have been used as dealer demonstrator units.  Thanks for looking!
