All glass surfaces are free from fungus, scratches, oil contamination, dust and element seperations. All moving parts and contols operate as if factory fresh. The images are spectacular and with this large frame stability is rock solid. A treat is to decenter the condenser and observe diatoms, they virtually jump off the slide! The VANOX frame can also be configured with Phase Contrast, Nomarski DIC, Reflected Light Fluorescence, Polarization and Photomicrography.
