OLYMPUS UVFL 10 0.40 160/0.17 MICROSCOPE OBJECTIVE LENS 

 Olympus UVFL 10X microscope objective, product number 1-LB330. The objective is primarily intended to be used on the 160mm tube length Olympus microscopes such as the CH2, BH2, BHS, BHTU, IMT2, CK and Vanox 160mm TL microscopes. It is especially good in fluorescent applications, however it gives a spectacular image in regular brightfield because of the high NA. The objective pictured has been tested and found to be optically perfect with no issues of dust, fungus, scratches or delamination. As can be seen, the cosmetic condition has some issues but they do not affect the performance.  It has an NA of 0.40 and requires requires the use of a coverslip of 0.17mm thickness.  This objective works perfectly well with other makers of 160mm TL microscopes from Zeiss, Letiz and Nikon.  You will not be disappointed in the optical performance of this objective. Thank You For Looking!
