Olympus tilting / telescoping binocular body for the BX series of microscopes. This unit is for parts or repair. The damage I can see is with the attachment ring and I can also see a bit of chipping of an internal prism at the very periphery.  Also, the head is not in alignment.  Again this unit is as is, for parts or repair.
