The Model BHMJL microscope of the BHM Series is suitable for most applications in reflected light metallurgical microscopy.  In designing this particular microscope special care was taken to provide fatigue-free operation through long periods of use.  The stand is of modern square design and is extremely solid, durable and stable.  All controls are ergonomically positioned to provide maximum ease of operation.  For an additional cost, there is a variety of accessories to cater to the most demanding user.

The Model BHMJL microscope features a cross stage with a 6"X6" scanning area and an adapter for transmitted light observation.  It is ideal for inspection and quality control of large wafers and photomasks in the IC industry.  Sold as shown in photograph with NeoSPlan 5/10/100X and MDPlan 20X objectives, WHK12.5X/16L eyepieces, 12V 50W tungsten halogen reflected light illumination.
