This filter cube is new "old stock" from a former Nikon dealer inventory. It will fit the Nikon Eclipse series of fluorescent microscopes, E400, E600, E800 and TE200/300. It is in the Semrock catalog with a product number of 5060B-NQF.  The cube is in new condition and still in its' plastic bubble case.. It is suitable for DAPI fluorochromes.

The Semrock DAPI is the brightest DAPI set on the market. The unique "flamethrower" filter  set is recommended for those special cases in which it is critical to achieve the highest brightness for the shortest possible exposure times, or for very low fluorophore concentrations. For shorter exposure times this set exhibits up to 5-times more brightness but has a lower contrast and more photobleaching than other DAPI filters.
