Product Description
New Nikon CD DIC Nosepiece Prism SS, to be used in conjunction with the 60X oil immersion plan apo objective. It fits the special DIC nosepiece on the Nikon E600, E800, E1000 and TE 300/ 200 inverted microscope. It is a DIC SS, or short shear, prism for use with Video Enhanced Contrast. Provides higher resolution for sub micron artifacts, but produces lower contrast and should be used with a video enhancing system. This prism is in perfect optical, cosmetic and mechanical condition having only been removed from packing to photograph. The old Nikon number is 93639 and new number MBH74166 with a last list price of $981.00.
