Pictured is a Nikon fluorescent filter cube for TRITC most resembling a G-2E/C configuration. It has a 565 nanometer dichroic long pass filter, 620/35 Barrier Filter and a 535/25 Excitation filter. It is in new condition having been used as a dealer demonstrator. It appears that this filter was assembled at Chroma considering the hand written filter designations. It will fit the Nikon labophot, labophot-2, optiphot, opthiphot-2, microphot and TMD inverted fluorescent systems. This TRITC filter is recommended for DsRed staining procedures.
