Product Description
Nikon CFW 8X Eyepieces in a paired set intended for the Nikon Alphaphot, Labophot, Optiphot, Microphot series of microscopes with 160mm/ 210mm tube length. These units will work equally well with any other microscope having an eyetube diameter of 23.2mm such as Zeiss, Olympus, and Leitz. The 8X eyepieces are used to offset the increase in magnification added by an intermediate tube such as epi-fluorescence. Typically this magnification increase is 1.25X and the 8X eyepieces adjust the final image to what would be normally seen with a 10X eyepiece without the intermediate tube.
