Product Description
Nikon CFN Plan Apochromat 100X oil immersion Microscope Objective. It will fit the Nikon Alphaphot, Labophot, Labophot-2, Optiphot, Optiphot-2, Microphot, Diaphot TMD and TMS or most any 160mm tube length microscopes. The objective requires a coverglass thickness of 0.17 mm for optimal performance. It has an numerical aperature (NA) of 1.40 and really shines when paired with a 1.45 NA achromat- aplanat condenser.. This objective is flawless optically and shows very few signs of wear cosmetically! It will produce the most beautiful, fully color saturated and contrasty images you can imagine with the least amount of eye strain; they are simply breathtaking. The glass is free from fungus, dust, scratches, element separation, and oil fouling. This objective will also give superb performance with 160mm tube length microscopes from other manufacturers such as Olympus, Zeiss and Leitz.
