Leitz SM-LUX reflected light Brightfield-Darkfield Microscope. It has been through our shop and fully reconditioned and ready to place in service. The microscope features a 12 volt 100 watt halogen lamphouse with lamp centering controls, external transformer with power meter, mechanical stage with clear stage plate, NPL 5X brightfield objective, NPL 10X brightfield/ darkfield objective, NPL 20X brightfield/ darkfield objective,  NPL 50X brightfield/ darkfield objective, binocular body, Periplan GF 12.5X eyepieces, intermediate tube with brightfield/ darkfield control knob, and measuring reticle installed in one eyepiece. The images of the wafer chips were simply taken with a consumer camera through the eyepiece. The darker image was taken in the Darkfield mode.
