The SX adapter series is specifically designed for use with the Fiber-Lite light sources with  a 1" ID (25mm) fiber port "nose piece",  It positions the fiber optic cable in the optimal location for the the best possible performance and light output. Not for use with the standard Mi-150 or light source with "B" or "B1" fiber ports (15mm ID). Thanks for Looking!
